You can meditate everywhere, anytime, under any circumstances. 

Many of us think that meditation means you have to have nice conditions.

A perfect place that’s not busy.

Then sit very quietly... 

But actually, this is not necessary.

The Power of Awareness

 

Of course, if you can find perfect quiet places and it really helps you, that is great.

But, even if not, you can meditate while you are walking, talking, or eating. 

You can meditate everywhere: at work, in the car, while out and about. Everywhere. 

You can meditate anytime: morning, afternoon, evening. Anytime. 

When you meditate, it is just for a short time. 

Maybe for a few seconds.

And again, you return to awareness for a few seconds. 

The practice of meditation does not have to be long, boring, sitting for thirty minutes. 

Short times, many times, are quite beneficial. 

You do not really have to worry about posture, either. 

Sevenfold posture, twofold posture—do not worry. 

Everywhere, anytime, and under any circumstances. 

This also enhances meditation. 

When you return to awareness over and over, this becomes a habit. It comes natural. 

Then, even if you feel stress, even if you are facing problems, the mind automatically goes to meditative awareness.

This is really helpful for situations of stress, panic, overwhelm, overthinking, planning, concentrating, and strategizing: Apply meditative awareness.

Awareness meditation rejuvenates your thinking capacity.

When we think too much at once, our minds get tired. 

Then afterward, some time later, we cannot think well. 

When we rest our minds in meditative awareness for a little bit, we can think clearly. 

Again and again, our mind rests in meditative awareness, and we’re able to think clearly. 

Enjoy the relief of resting your mind in meditative awareness: everywhere, anytime, even for a short time.
