Decide Who You Are: I Am and The Power of Awareness

Using affirmations to decide who you are.

Choose affirmations that make you feel good about yourself.

Affirmations that feel good to you.

Affirmations that feel true.

That is the goal with affirmations.

For your affirmations of having your desire to feel like the truth.

You are affirming to acknowledge and celebrate a truth: This is who I am. I am loved.

The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself.
— Neville Goddard

Common mistakes when affirming:

01. Disconnected from the desired reality.

You can absolutely repeat affirmations, and they don’t always have to feel like the truth.

You can absolutely vainly repeat "I am loved, I am loved, I am loved"

Even listening to affirmations 8 hours a day, or all day, even when sleeping, is a great way to manifest by vainly affirming on autopilot.

For some people, vainly affirming is a fantastic way to manifest.

But if that is not what works for you… even more potent than only repeating an affirmation and actually feeling it.

So that you are experiencing that desired reality right now.

  • I feel loved

  • I love that I feel loved

  • I feel cherished

  • I feel safe

  • I feel secure

  • I feel taken care of

  • I love being cherished

  • I love being loved

  • I love feeling chosen

Amplify the inner experience of what it feels like to be loved.

Amplify the inner experience of having what you desire.

Everything depends upon our attitude towards ourselves. That which we will not affirm as true of ourselves cannot develop in our life.
— Neville Goddard

02. Getting too caught on using the "right words" or saying the "right thing"

That actually doesn’t matter much.

Pay attention to how an affirmation makes you feel or what the affirmation causes you to experience.

You can say anything you want. The words don’t matter.

What matters is the way the affirmation makes you feel or what it causes you to experience.

Becoming loved; becoming the person who is loved now; becoming the person who has your desire now.

What does a person who’s loved now affirm?

What does a person who has what they desire affirm to themselves?

They are things like

  • I feel loved

  • I feel chosen

  • I feel adored

  • I am this person now

  • I am a person who is loved

  • I am a person who is attractive

  • I am a person who people want to be close to

  •  I am amazing

  • I am wonderful

  • I am incredible.

You're using affirmations to fill yourself up with that experience of love. To step into the person who is loved now.

You are already that which you want to be, and your refusal to believe this is the only reason you do not see it.
— Neville Goddard

You are seeing yourself as incredible.

You are seeing yourself as lovable

You are seeing yourself as wonderful.

You are seeing yourself as beautiful.

You decide that this is who you are.

  • I am

  • I feel

  • I have

  • I love

  • I am choosing to be

Decide that this is who you are.

Sure, you can affirm all day long if that's what works for you.

You don’t have to affirm in a way that's stressing you out.

Pay attention to how techniques are making you feel.

You want your manifesting techniques to feel natural.

Which means that they may not really feel like anything.

You want your manifesting techniques to feel good to you.

It feels really good to see yourself as loved.

It feels really good to see yourself as beautiful.

It feels really good to see yourself as amazing.

It feels really good to see yourself as a goddess.

Become this person you will receive the reflection from others.

You are powerfully stepping into that version of yourself who has what you desire.

Decide that this is who you are.

Affirm who you are.

Amplify the experience of having what you desire.

So much so that you are experiencing that desired reality right now.
