Mirror work techniques

Speaking to yourself in the mirror

It may feel intense.

It may feel a little too vulnerable.

But you can approach this practice gently.

The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself.
— Neville Goddard

Practicing mirror work

Instead of thinking "I Am" affirmations, speak to yourself in "You Are" affirmations.

Saying to yourself in the mirror:

  • you are worthy

  • you are amazing

  • you are incredible

  • you are so beautiful

  • you are so special

  • you are so loved

  • you are wonderful

Looking at yourself in the mirror and telling yourself beautiful truths.

Looking at yourself and telling yourself that you are loved in infinite wonderful ways.

Feeling these wonderful truths that you are training yourself to feel about you.

Stepping into feeling loved, chosen, and worthy.

Powerful variations of mirror work techniques

You do not always have to use the mirror.

Throughout your day, anywhere, anytime, affirm to yourself with "You Are" affirmations.

Sometimes it can be much easier to impress You Are affirmations. It is like you are talking to yourself.

What is really beautiful about this type of practice is if you are saturating yourself with your desired beliefs.

In the ways that you talk to yourself and affirm to yourself.

You are saturating your inner world with the experience of being loved.

Whether you are loving yourself or imagining someone else loving you. Ideally, both.

You are manifesting that love.

You are creating the experience of receiving that type of love by focusing on you becoming the person who feels love now.

What happens as a result is you automatically manifest the reflection of receiving that type of love.

This is how manifesting love works.

This is how manifesting anything you desire works.

Enjoy this process of affirming you are loved, and feeling loved up from within.
